We need a webapp for multiple locations fast food delivery & pickup

Project Description:
We need a Restaurant Web App (should work on mobile phone, iPad ..) different payment options like paypal for example should be included or the option to pay cash when food will be delivered .. the system is similar to ,,lieferando or other delivery apps". We need a user friendly and stylish menu card in the app. Every product should be listed.. there should be also an extra category for the restaurant merch. We have Caps, Shirts, Hoodies for example.
Customers can buy merch (they have to pay first and then they will get merch).
If customer is ordering something and it should be delivered the app should first check if it's not to far away. So we need a radius option. For example if the person's address is 6 miles away from restaurant the app has to say something like ,,we don't deliver to this adress you have to come over please".
We need Background information of every transaction in the app for example for taxes or to analyze how it works.
If customer is ordering it should be possible to give a delivery time (for example ,,food is ready in 40 minutes") or the customer should give extra information in a dialogue field for his order (for example extra cheese, without onions something like that)
