We need to build an app for uploading an image and storing it in a folder, each user will have a login to upload files to their folder. there must be a web admin portal where the admin can process the uploaded files of the user and resend them to them in pdf format the admin must have an (OCR) feature to read and get text, numbers from the files which the user has uploaded and it needs to be validated. after validating the admin will send a new document in pdf format to the user
