integrate NFT's into our minecraft server

We are creating a minecraft server and are looking for solutions to integrate NFTs into the gameplay. for instance, if you hold a certain NFT you would receive an in game item or permission. We believe we have some ideas how to accomplish this but do not have the skills to make it happen.
