please read thru the description carefully. We do not believe in talking to everyone about the project requirement only to find out you are not suitable wasting each other time. If you cannot even give me a proper proposal/reply, I'm doubtful day to day communication would be good and thus even the need for us to explore further.
And think about it, every firm tells me how good they are but cannot prove. who should we speak to? so please be logical about it. our mock up is over 80 pages, so it will take some time to look thru it or to discuss it, so it will be easier if we shortlist you first according to the following

1 please show me all testimonials that you have, including but not limited to clutch.co, goodfirms etc. and most firms only have reviews ranging in hundreds of dollars, so it wouldn't reflect your quality in larger projects.If you don't have any let me know, don't tell me you cannot post external links as I can just search and find out for myself.
2 we will only work with companies no individual freelancers
3 only if you go by escrow - strictly no upfront payment.
4 please tell me how many developers, PM, designers, QA - kindly provide company linkedin profile
5 Assuming the mockup is clear, do you need Figma first before you can quote me.
6 what is the team you provide for the last/most recent project(describe the project). example 2 developers, 1 QA etc, how long it took and are you the PM and will be involved in day to day liaising with the client or if you are sales and PM will be someone else?
7. I need to ensure I would be able to understand you. I have met firms that tick all the checkboxes but when we get on a zoom call I cannot understand him or the PM that I will be liaising with on a day to day basis. so they just wasted their time
To show that you have read this project description, start your proposal with the word "cupcakes" with the questions answered. without which I would know you are just mass blasting proposal and we will just skip you.
If you do drip replying like drip marketing and I have to keep repeating my questions than chances are day to day communication would be a chore too.
if you are from Europe etc, I'm afraid just telling me better quality with better price won't cut it. my own younger brother is a programmer and his starting pay 12 yrs ago was already 10x more than the average of India, Pakistan etc. So again don't try for the sake of trying without understanding the client's needs when you can take that time to speak to other'
