creating 2 types of (sign up / login) portals in my website

looking to create 2 types of (sign up / login) portals in my website. One for the carriers and one for the shippers. The carrier's portal shows the carrier info, load he is moving, tracking the driver, showing payment he is getting for each load. The other portal is for the shipper, the portal will show the shipment information the customer is looking to ship, shipper information, charging the shipper. The company admin will have the ability to assign the load from the shipper portal to the carrier in the carrier's portal
