I’m ready to turn a clear product vision into a fully-featured job placement platform and need you to take charge of both the front-end polish and the back-end architecture.
The build will include:
• Secure email-and-password authentication with reset and verification flows.
• A job marketplace where employers post openings, add skill tags and locations, and candidates search, filter, and save roles.
• A résumé centre that allows file uploads (PDF/DOC) or in-app résumé creation.
• Real-time employer-candidate messaging threaded to each application.
• A paid subscription tier with premium features, handled through a recurring-billing gateway (Stripe, Razorpay, or similar), plus an admin dashboard for plan management.
Tech choice is open—React or Vue on the front end and Node.js, Django, or Laravel on the back end are all welcome—as long as performance and scalability are met. Clean REST or GraphQL APIs, modular code, and thorough documentation are essential.
Acceptance criteria
1. Responsive UI scoring 90+ on Lighthouse.
2. End-to-end functionality on a staging server using a relational database.
3. Unit tests for critical endpoints and authentication.
4. Deployment scripts (Docker or CI/CD) and a detailed README.
