Work-From-Home Employee Productivity Monitoring
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
As a client, I'm looking for an efficient solution to monitor the productivity of my employees who are working from home. The main goal is to keep track of their online presence and active work hours. Here is what I expect from the solution:
- Productivity Tracking: The solution should have features allowing the monitoring of employee productivity. This includes observing when they are present online and the amount of active work hours they are committing daily.
- Different Monitoring Mechanisms: I require multiple ways to review the work being done including screen recording, logging activity timestamps, and monitoring login/logout times. Therefore, expertise in configuring these features is necessary.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have a strong understanding of software designed for these purposes and proven experience in implementing similar solutions. They need to align with privacy considerations while ensuring that productivity tracking is comprehensive and user transparent.
The back end will ultimately be hosted on our Azure Subscription. The solution will need to track activity for ~500 users and all activity must be centrally logged in an Azure SQL Server database along with screen grabs. I would like similar functionality as provided by Workplus.
