Project: Full-Stack Implementation of VDOgate – Video + Event SaaS Platform for Freelancers

About the Project:
We are building a video-based SaaS platform for local businesses to showcase their work, host live/recorded events, and monetize their communities without needing social media prequalification (unlike YouTube). Our frontend will be on Framer or a responsive custom design, integrated with a WordPress backend using plugins and APIs.

This is a startup project with a phased rollout:

Phase 1: Video uploads, community-building, live events, monetization via subscriptions & ticketed events

Phase 2: NFT overlays, token gating, crypto monetization, deeper analytics


What We’re Looking For:

An experienced full-stack or WordPress developer (preferably with SaaS/platform experience) to stitch together the entire system using:

Tech Stack & Tools (must be familiar with):

Frontend: Framer or custom responsive frontend

Backend: WordPress (Elementor or Bricks, WPML, WP Fusion, JetEngine, etc.)

Video Tools: MUX or similar API for video delivery

Live Events: VideoWhisper / WP Stream plugin or MUX Live

Monetization: WooCommerce Subscriptions, Paid Memberships Pro, Event Tickets Plus

CRM & Automation: WP Fusion, Zapier

Search & Filters: Ajax Search Pro or FacetWP

Security & Speed: Cloudflare, WP Rocket, Wordfence

CDN/Hosting: Hostinger/Cloudflare (must meet India’s data localization laws)

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience integrating WordPress with external APIs

Ability to optimize speed, security, and SEO

Comfortable working with no-code/low-code tools (Framer + WordPress)

Startup-friendly mindset with transparent communication

Experience building community-driven or marketplace-like platforms is a bonus

We are a bootstrapped startup, so cost-effective and phased implementation is key.
