Windows Desktop App Development

I need a seasoned full-stack developer to design and build a desktop application that runs smoothly on Windows. This project covers the entire stack—from planning the data layer all the way through to crafting a clean, responsive interface and packaging the final installer.
You will translate my functional ideas into a robust executable, set up any required back-end services or local databases, and make sure the whole solution installs easily on modern Windows machines without extra dependencies.
this project is to create a BMC to G-code converter. We already have the AGAT software that generates .BMC and .APJ files from a BMP image. We also have CNConv, but it only controls the original machine and does not export generic G-code.
Your first task is to analyze the .BMC file and understand how it stores the engraving data. After understanding the file structure, create a program that reads the .BMC file and generates standard G-code (.nc/.gcode) that can run on Mach3, GRBL, or LinuxCNC while preserving the original photo engraving quality.
Deliverables
• Complete, well-structured source code
• Signed Windows installer (.msi or .exe)
• Clear build and deployment notes so I can reproduce the release on my end
