12-Week Full-Stack Platform Build
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m putting together a cross-functional team for a 12-week push that will take a green-field concept all the way to a production-ready release. The roadmap is already sketched: we begin with a backend-first approach, then layer on the UI, integrate, test, and finally deploy.
Backend phase (Weeks 1-5)
We will stand up the core architecture, define the database schema, and expose a clean set of API endpoints. Key features include secure user authentication, data-processing algorithms, and well-documented REST/JSON API development. I expect clean, modular code with unit-test coverage from day one.
Frontend phase (Weeks 4-8)
While APIs solidify, the UI/UX stream will craft a responsive interface that guides users through our primary workflows. Figma comps will feed directly into a modern component stack—React or Vue are both acceptable so long as we maintain state consistency and accessibility standards.
Integration & QA (Weeks 7-10)
Merging the two halves, we’ll run functional, system, and UAT passes. QA will log issues in our tracker; devs will close the loop quickly so we keep velocity high and burndown low.
Deployment & handover (Weeks 10-12)
Our DevOps lead will containerise the stack, configure CI/CD in GitHub Actions (or GitLab CI if preferred), and deploy to a scalable cloud environment. Final deliverables include documentation, a run-book, and post-launch support during the first week in production.
Acceptance criteria
• All API endpoints authenticated via JWT or OAuth2 and returning consistent JSON
• Data-processing algorithms benchmarked and passing agreed test suites
• Frontend fully responsive down to 360 px width, with no critical Lighthouse issues
• Zero blocker bugs at handover; high-priority tickets <3% of test cases
• Infrastructure automated from commit to deploy, with rollback capability
If you thrive in fast iterations, own your craft, and communicate clearly, let’s move quickly—I want the team locked in by next week so sprint planning can begin.
