Web & iOS Accounting System -- 2

I need a full-stack developer who can build a lightweight web-based accounting system and a companion iOS app that mirror the core screens. The solution will revolve around four daily workflows:

• Sales: I will type sales figures directly or bulk-import them from an Excel sheet. They are always separated into Cash, Card, and Apps.

• Purchases: I add suppliers with tax number, address, and phone, then attach their invoices. After taking a photo of each invoice, the system should read the image and auto-fill line items (item, description, quantity, unit price, VAT, total). Each invoice stays “Pending” until I mark it “Paid”.

• Expenses: simple entry of Electricity, Rent, or Other with date and amount.

• Payroll: for every employee I’ll store Name, ID No., ID expiry, Salary, and Bonus.

At any moment I must be able to export purchases, expenses, or full ledgers back to Excel.

Tech freedom is yours, but the web app must run smoothly on a shared hosting environment and the iOS app should share one central database through a clean API. Efficiency, clean UI, and solid OCR accuracy are what will win this job.
