Web app and mobile app development for a two-sided market place

My project is the development of a two-sided market place that requires both a web app and a mobile app.
I’m looking for a fullstack developer to deliver a web app AND a mobile app connected to the same database, serving a two-sided market. The web/mobile app I’m looking for should have the functionalities, UI, and UX of this app: Sitly.
Its needed to have 3 dashboards: admin, User group A, user group B.
Selected User group A and B get connected if their set of criteria is a match, similar to Sitly.
We will need to utilize a database and matching mechanism to ensure the necessary interactions occur between the two matching sides of the market place. This will be supplemented with a user interface, as well as three distinct dashboards for the administrators and app owners.
