Web Order & Vendor Management System

We're Looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a multi-module operations platform for order processing, vendor coordination, and billing & realtime task tracking on dashboard by user roles.
Core Modules
Order Management — Centralized data grid with sorting, filtering, bulk actions, inline editing, SLA risk indicators, and a full order lifecycle (Intake → Processing (lifecycle Management) → QC (multi stage) → Delivery). Includes real-time status updates, drawer-based detail views, and workflow timeline visualization.
Workflow Engine — Configurable stage-based workflows with per-stage SLA definitions, vendor assignment rules, state transition management, and versioning.
Vendor Management — Vendor onboarding, county mapping (one-to-many), TAT and fee configuration per vendor/county/product, and performance tracking (SLA adherence, volume, avg turnaround).
Dashboards & Reporting — Role-based dashboards (Associates L1/L2, Team Leads, Managers, Vendor Managers, Billing Admin, Super Admin) with dynamic charts (line, bar, pie, heatmaps), trend filtering, and user-customizable widgets.
Billing & Finance — Rate card and vendor fee management, invoice generation, reconciliation workflows, and exception handling.
Alerts & Notifications — SLA breach alerts, assignment notifications, email triggers, and in-app system notifications.
Document Handling — Upload/storage, PDF handling, quote/document management per order,
Bulk order Intake & Report exports (Excel/ CSV).
