Web Development Team Lead
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I’m putting together a small, results-driven development squad and need an experienced full-stack developer who can also take the reins as team lead. Beyond writing clean, maintainable code, you’ll be responsible for splitting work into manageable tasks, keeping everyone on schedule, and acting as the point of contact when questions come in from clients or stakeholders.
You should feel comfortable choosing the right stack for each feature, reviewing pull requests, and coaching less-experienced teammates so we continuously raise our quality bar. If you’ve shepherded projects from blank repo to successful launch, I’d love to hear about it—especially any e-commerce or SaaS builds where performance and security were critical.
