WeFile CBR Web Platform

MNLOP (https://mnlop.com.ph/) is looking for experienced web designers and developers to build WeFile, a CBR (Corporate Business Registration) Web Platform. The web application will provide its clients, mainly SMEs, with a streamlined, online method to register their businesses with the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) in the Philippines. The registration flow will be supported by both manual staff and automated web processes, the latter of which will be implemented by the completion of this project.

The core features of the web application are:
- Client
- - Ability to sign up, log in, use Forgot Password
- - Ability to be engaged by Chatbot Support on home page
- - Ability to chat with Staff accounts (and Admin accounts but only if initiated by Admin)
- - Ability to view service (currently only 1) and packages with prices
- - Ability to enter and submit text forms (Sets 1-4) by typing or dropdown selection with validation for certain fields
- - Ability to view, download, and accept system-generated agreement (platform TOS)
- - Ability to receive thank you email after accepting system-generated agreement
- - Ability to view order summary after accepting system-generated agreement
- - Ability to pay packages / services through Dragonpay or GCash
- - Ability to be alerted via SMS and email if
- - - Checkout payment is successful
- - - Initial draft documents from SEC are ready for review (including link to view, download, and confirm or reject and submit edited text forms)
- - - Updated draft documents from SEC are ready for review (including link to view, download, and confirm or reject and submit edited text forms
- - - Final version of documents from SEC are ready for signing (including link to view, download, and confirm)
