I need a full-stack solution that covers two fully connected areas:
Dealership Panel
• Vehicle inventory must handle stock tracking, trigger automated low-inventory alerts, and let me export detailed reports.
• Bookings, test-drive scheduling, a sales pipeline with customer follow-up, and appraisal workflows all sit in the same dashboard.
Public Portal (think coches.net)
• Shoppers should be able to filter by price range, vehicle type, and brand/model, then compare results side-by-side.
• Each listing shows vehicle history, a rich photo gallery, and transparent pricing.
• Visitors can book a test drive online, open a chat with the seller, and run financing simulations without leaving the site.
Technical preferences
Backend in Java (Spring Boot is ideal) and mobile/web apps in Flutter, yet I can consider alternatives if you explain the benefits.

2. A realistic development timeline
3. The tech stack you propose (versions, frameworks, hosting)
