User Experience Flows and Solution for WhatsApp based product

We are building a voice and video call platform to be run entirely on Whatsapp. Our solution requires initiating voice calls over a data network from a WhatsApp Service channel between two clients A & B. The solution should be scalable for many simultaneous calls that happen between any unique pair of clients. All calls need to be recorded, monitored and stored in cloud storage for analytics.
We are seeking a strong product leader who can undertake the below
1. User Experience design - create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
2. Product Solution designing - evaluate multiple solution options and finalise one that best suits our use case
3. Market Analysis - monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions about product features and enhancements.
