Two-Sided Home Services Marketplace

The project is a full-stack build of a marketplace devoted to one clear objective—simplifying home services for homeowners. I need both a responsive web platform and companion iOS/Android app that feel seamless to the user no matter which screen they start on.

Core experience
Homeowners must be able to browse local, verified services, lock in an appointment, and pay without friction. The interface has to inspire trust at every click, from clean navigation to secure checkout. While the homeowner flow is the priority at launch, the system also has to give contractors a way to sign up, submit documents for vetting, accept jobs in real time, and follow their earnings in an intuitive dashboard.

Key deliverables
• Responsive website, built with modern, scalable tech
• Native-like mobile app for iOS and Android sharing the same backend
• Single code-base integration so data, log-ins, and payments sync instantly across web and mobile
• Simple, polished user interfaces for homeowners (MVP focus) and an operational contractor panel
• End-to-end testing, debugging, and hand-over of clean, well-documented code

Tech choices are flexible—React, Vue, Flutter, React Native, or similar—as long as performance, security, and maintainability are met. Clean architecture, REST or GraphQL APIs, encrypted payment processing, and GDPR-compliant data handling are expected from the outset.

Once delivered and approved, I’ll move straight into phase-two features (review system, subscription plans, real-time tracking), so maintainable code and clear documentation are essential.
