Twilio & Flex: Progressive Dialer for Healthcare
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
We are seeking a professional with experience in Twilio and Flex to create an innovative, progressive dialer for the healthcare sector. The dialer should initiate as an audio-only call to a group of numbers, seamlessly conferring the patient to a telemarketer, next conference to a Patient Support Specialist (PSS), and then to a doctor. If the patient is capable, the doctor should be able to switch to a video call.
Key Requirements:
- The system must generate audio recordings and transcripts of the entire communication cycle.
- The communication flow will be sequential, starting from the patient to the marketing agent, then the PSS, and lastly to the doctor.
- All parts of the communication cycle should be recorded and transcribed into a text file.
Ideal skills for this job include:
- Knowledge and experience with Twilio and Flex.
- Expertise in developing progressive dialers.
- Background in healthcare communication systems is a plus.
- Contract help with experts in Twilio may be possible
