### Phase 1 – Complete Existing Web Platform
Review the current codebase and:
* Complete unfinished frontend work
* Complete production deployment
* Complete testing and QA
* Fix bugs and edge cases
* Verify OTP authentication flow
* Complete sorting and filtering
* Improve responsiveness across devices
* Review API structure and optimize where needed
The goal is to make the current website production-ready.

### Phase 2 – Build Mobile Application
Build a cross-platform mobile app connected to the same backend.
Preferred:
* React Native
App should include:
* Journey Search
* Journey Results
* Reliability Scores
* Journey Details
* OTP Login
* Saved Journeys

The mobile app should reuse the existing backend APIs wherever possible.

This is NOT a standard booking website.
The core of RailWise AI is its routing and scoring engine.
