Time-Focused Project Management System

I need a full-stack developer to build a bespoke Project Management system where time management is the star feature. The platform must let my team log hours accurately, see live progress, and produce reliable timesheet reports we can plug into our billing workflow later on.

Core requirements
• Robust task-level timers: start/stop, manual edits with audit trail, billable vs non-billable tags
• Clear dashboards: daily, weekly, and project-wide summaries with export (CSV/Excel)
• Role-based access: admins approve timesheets; users only see what they need
• Clean API endpoints so the data can sync with future accounting or payroll tools
• Responsive UI—desktop first, but usable on tablets and phones
