Test and ensure Shipstation is integrated and set up correctly
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We have been using Ship Station for the past month and we want to use the software to its full capabilities.
We are integrated with:
• Woocommerce
• Amazon
• Ebay
• Mintsoft
It currently captures order information and we manually send push orders across to Mintsoft which is used by our 3PL
The software is not set up to its full capabilities and we wish to use shipstation to
• Provide tracking information to customers
• Track our inventory
• Provide additional notes on orders to mintsoft
• Update Woocommerce and Agile CRM
• Integrate with Xero for inventory purposes
• Enable items to go on backorder if out of stock… but out of stock to not reflect on our website
We also need someone to enter :
• Product weight and size
• Carriers
Our objective is to:
• improve customer experience
• track inventory
• enable tracking of shipping costs
We only have a small product line of less than 30 products
