Technical Co-Founder Wanted for Real Estate Disruptor

I’m creating OneClickYours, an innovative, Uber-style real estate platform that connects buyers and sellers directly, eliminating agents and commissions. This unique, patent-pending concept is already gaining traction and we are ready to develop the MVP.

I am in search of a proficient full-stack developer willing to consider a technical partnership (with equity) or a combination of partial pay and equity.

What I can provide:
• Up to 20% equity
• Title of Co-Founder / CTO
• Comprehensive tech leadership role
• A detailed roadmap, all necessary legal documents, and established branding

Key skills desired:
• Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Django, Flutter, etc.
• Previous experience with AI integration (particularly for features like smart appraisals)
• Advantageous: Knowledge of Blockchain/smart contract technology

The primary feature for the MVP is connecting buyers and sellers. The platform should support Web, iOS, and Android. I am open to any suitable backend technology as per the developer's expertise.
