We are looking for an experienced software developer to join us as a freelance evaluator for technical interviews. Your main responsibility will be to assess candidates applying for software product development positions by evaluating their live coding tasks during interviews.
Responsibilities:
Attend live coding interviews with candidates (remotely).
Observe and evaluate candidates’ problem-solving skills, coding quality, and approach.
Provide clear, structured feedback on the candidate’s technical performance.
Suggest whether the candidate meets the required technical standards.
