We’re now looking for a Tech Team Lead to help us build some mission-critical & high impact platforms, powered by Generative AI and modern cloud-native architectures.
What You’ll Do:
Hands on development of GenAI-first solutions (LLMs, LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector DBs)
Solve complex real-world problems across Digital Governance, Healthcare, and Enterprise AI
Own delivery and architecture with a future growth path to Solution Tower Lead / Delivery Head
You’re a great fit if you:
Have 5–8 yrs experience in full-stack development (Python, FastAPI, React, etc.)
Are hands-on with LLM integration, API design, cloud infra, and scalable architecture
Are passionate about leading teams and building meaningful tech with societal impact
