Tattoo Shop ERP/SaaS

I have a tattoo shop and i would like to expand it to a franchise.
We have a business model that is constantly changing and developing and until now we have worked with various systems that were somehow interconnected (Bitrix24 CRM, Acuity Scheduling, iCount, Todoist, Zapier, Twilio, Custom API Based on Laravel , Reports and Logistics tracking in Excel).
I would like to build our own ERP System for the existing business model that will be based on existing interactions. For this we will need:
- Analysis and understanding of the existing model and services it works with
- Project characterisation
- Development of and API backend
- Development of an minimalistic and beautifully designed Front End thats Mobile First
- Launching the Back End and Front End on a AWS Server
- Support and bugfixes during the launch of the ERP
Things you should know:
- I have experience in Full Stack Development, so i will be poking around in your git commits
- I'm pedant and i like my applications minimalistic, polished and perfected
- You need to be able to continue working with me sometime after the project is finished. As i mentioned before, our business model is always changing so we will be changing the ERP too.
- The application should be built in a way that we can sell it to other tattoo shops. (Saas)
