Source Senior Client-Facing Developers

I need an experienced talent sourcer who can quickly present senior-level full-stack developers—ideally with MERN expertise—who are comfortable running client video calls. Your day-to-day work will be autonomous: identify prospects on LinkedIn, GitHub or any network you trust, jump on a brief 2–3-minute video chat with each one, and judge two things above all: fluency in spoken English and their ability to break down technical ideas in plain language.

After each screening, send me the candidate’s résumé or profile link together with your short communication-readiness notes. I’m particularly interested in developers who have already served US or other Western clients, so highlight that background when you see it.

Deliverables
• A curated list of senior full-stack (preferably MERN) developers you have personally spoken with
• A concise summary per candidate covering English fluency and clarity in explaining technical concepts
• Your honest assessment of whether they can lead client discussions confidently
