"Ski Live" Software for Ski Sports

We are a Company for Sport-Timing, specially for Equestrian- and Ski Sports.
The software for Equestrian Sport already exists, but not for Ski.
We want the Live Timing on our Server. So everybody all over the world can look the current athlet, start lists, rank lists etc.
From the Main-Software "Ski Alp Professional" we have a small Upload-App (local or on a other PC in the LAN) to upload the timing information to our website in live.
What we need:
- Software update (Uploader to the website for Equestrian and Ski)
- A beautiful modern layout on the webpage also for mobile phones
- Software and website is multilingual, minimum English, German, French and Italian
