Short-Term Rental SaaS Full-stack Development

Project Title: Full-Stack Developer for a Short-Term Rental (STR) Management Platform

Description:

We're building a multi-tenant SaaS platform for short-term rental / property management companies. The stack is Next.js (React, TypeScript) frontend and a Node.js/Express + PostgreSQL backend with JWT auth and organization-level data isolation. We need an experienced full-stack developer to extend features, fix bugs, and help harden the app for production.

Core modules (existing + planned):

Property & multi-calendar management, reservations/bookings
Financials — P&L, owner payouts, agent commissions, expenses, reconciliation
Revenue management & pricing recommendations
Owner portals, team/user roles & permissions (multi-org)
Cleaning & maintenance scheduling, inventory, tasks
Compliance, contracts, damage claims
Messaging, payments, and CRM integration (e.g. HubSpot)
Integrations:

SendGrid — transactional & notification emails (booking confirmations, owner reports, invites)
Twilio — SMS/WhatsApp notifications and guest/cleaner communication
Payment gateway (e.g. Stripe) and channel-manager/OTA APIs
Requirements:

Strong React/Next.js and Node.js/Express experience
Solid PostgreSQL (schema design, migrations, query optimization)
REST API design, JWT auth, multi-tenant/role-based access control
Experience integrating third-party APIs (SendGrid, Twilio, payments)
Comfortable with Linux deployment (nginx, PM2, Let's Encrypt/HTTPS)
Clean, well-documented code and Git workflow
Nice to have: Airbnb/Booking.com/channel-manager API integrations, Stripe payments, TypeScript best practices.
