Service E-commerce Platform Development

I need a full-stack e-commerce platform that lets customers purchase professional services online, pay securely, and request refunds through an automated flow. The scope covers everything from the service catalog to the payment gateway and refund logic, delivered as a production-ready web app within the next month.

Core build
• Service catalogue: create, edit, and categorize service listings with pricing, images, and availability status.
• Shopping cart & checkout: customers can add services, select quantities/hours, apply coupons, and proceed to payment.
• Secure payments: integrate a mainstream gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or a comparable option you recommend) with PCI-compliant handling of cards and digital wallets.
• Refund workflow: admin-triggered and customer-initiated refund requests, status tracking, and automatic reversal through the same gateway.
• Dashboard: separate admin and vendor views for order management, refunds, analytics, and basic user management.
• Responsive UI: desktop and mobile layouts that load quickly and pass common accessibility checks.

Tech preferences
I’m flexible on language and framework—Laravel, Node with Express, Django, or a modern JS stack all work as long as the code is clean, documented, and deployable to a standard cloud host.

Timeline & expectations
The entire build must be handed over, tested, and deploy-ready in four weeks.
