Senior Full-Stack Scale Engineer

I’m building a high-scale consumer platform that must feel instant, simple, and rock-solid for millions of users. To keep pace, I need a Senior Full-Stack engineer who is comfortable moving between frontend, backend, and infrastructure and who enjoys shaping product direction as much as shipping code.

• Everything you build must withstand real-world load and remain maintainable as we grow. You’ll join architecture reviews, own features end-to-end, and jump into on-call rotations to keep production healthy.
• I value engineers who can break down fuzzy product ideas into incremental, testable deliveries.
What you will drive
- End-to-end feature work: design, implementation, tests, rollout, and post-launch follow-up.
- Continuous performance tuning and scalability improvements.
- Clear, actionable code reviews and technical write-ups that raise the bar for the whole team.
- Hands-on influence over system design choices, deployment strategies, and developer tooling.
Acceptance criteria for your first milestones
• Ship a production feature that spans React UI through backend API, complete with automated tests and monitoring hooks.
• Identify a performance bottleneck, propose a fix, and demonstrate measurable improvement in p95 latency.
• Contribute to at least two design reviews, documenting trade-offs and decisions.
Skills Required
• 5+ years of fullstack development experience
• Strong expertise in Python backend development (Flask preferred)
• Strong frontend experience with React or Vue + TypeScript
• Experience building and scaling production-grade systems
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and system architecture
• Solid knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Ability to design and optimize scalable backend services
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills
