Role Overview
Position: Full Stack Developer
Experience: 3+ years required
Type: Part-time (Remote)
Working Hours: Must be available in EST time zone
Salary: $1500 – $2000/month
Requirements
Strong experience in full stack development (frontend + backend)
Excellent English communication skills (very important)
Ability to work during EST hours
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience mentoring or working with junior developers
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
