Secure AI Workbook Platform

I need an experienced full-stack developer to move three existing Excel/VBA workbooks—AIQ 50×50×50, CIQ-100, and ACIM—into a single, secure Google Cloud–hosted web platform.

Core requirements
• Re-create each workbook as a Python / Django web app, keeping every calculation and workflow intact.
• Implement Google Workspace sign-in with rock-solid security as the top priority, including optional 2-step verification.
• Offer a 14-day free trial and then a monthly, per-seat subscription processed through PayPal. Seat counts must be adjustable by the account owner.
• Store user data in two places simultaneously: a Google Sheet inside the customer’s Workspace drive and a relational database (Cloud SQL or Firestore—open to your recommendation).
• Provide an admin dashboard for license management, usage analytics, and error logs.
• Convert the original PDF-to-Excel import routine so that users can still upload PDFs, have them converted, and see the data populate instantly inside the web version.
• Deploy on Google Cloud Run (or App Engine) with CI/CD, automated backups, and basic monitoring.

What I will supply
• The original Excel/VBA files and documentation of formulas.
• UI sketches for the three tools.
• A tested PayPal business account for live subscription billing.

Acceptance criteria
1. Every legacy calculation produces identical results in the web app.
2. New user registration, secure login, and PayPal checkout run end-to-end without manual intervention.
3. Data saved in both Google Sheets and the database within one transaction.
4. Source code, Dockerfile, and deployment scripts delivered in a private Git repository.
All tools currently exist in Excel/VBA form (PDF > Excel). We now want them converted and hosted securely as web apps with user authentication, free trials, per-seat subscriptions, and dual data storage (Google Sheets + database).
Scope of Work
Phase 1 — Data Conversion & Schema
• Convert provided PDFs → Excel → Google Sheets templates
• Define JSON schema for all data fields (50×50×50 & CIQ 100)
• Build export/import automation scripts
• Create (1) CIQ 100 Excel blueprint workbook
Phase 2 — Platform & Authentication
• Create unified Apps Script / Node.js web app
• Google Sign-In + PayPal Subscriptions API (with free trials & seat billing)
• Role-based access (Admin / Org / User)
• Secure organization onboarding
Phase 3 — Dual Data Storage
• Implement hybrid storage: Google Sheets + Cloud DB (Firestore or Postgres)
• Concurrency control, audit logs, and visibility per tenant
Phase 4 — ACIM Cloud Conversion
• Port key Excel VBA functions to the hosted platform
• Integrate with 50×50×50 & CIQ modules under one login and billing system
Phase 5 — Security & Compliance
• Encrypted data, row-level security, backups, and activity logs
• Admin dashboard + billing portal + user management

• Must develop on our secure VPS (environment access provided)
• English communication & commitment to 3-4 month delivery max.
