Secure Full-Stack E-commerce Build

I’m putting together a modern e-commerce platform and need an experienced full-stack developer who can take the project from concept to live deployment. The stack I have in mind features React on the front-end, Node.js with Express on the server side, and MongoDB for data persistence, but I’m open to similarly modern alternatives if you can justify clear advantages.

Core features I must see working flawlessly:
• Product search and filtering that returns relevant results instantly, even on large catalogs.
