SaaS Rental Management Platform Build

I need a full-stack partner to create a rental management platform that works as a true multi-tenant SaaS. Each subscribing company must be able to sign up, receive its own secure workspace, and run day-to-day rental operations from there—whether the assets are equipment, vehicles, properties, or anything else our future clients decide to list.

Core expectations
• Multi-tenant architecture with strong data isolation
• Role-based access: at minimum Admin and Manager dashboards with granular permissions
• Modern, fast UI (desktop & mobile) backed by a scalable API
• Clean onboarding flow, subscription handling, and audit-grade security best practices

Workflow I envision
1. Define the tech stack together (I am leaning toward React or Vue on the front end and Node.js, Django, or Laravel on the back end, but I am open to your recommendation).
2. Produce wireframes/prototypes so we can lock the UX early.
3. Develop the MVP in sprints, ship to a staging environment, then harden for production.
4. Hand over full documentation, tests, and deployment scripts (Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD).

Acceptance criteria
• A tenant can sign up, invite team members, assign Admin or Manager roles, and start creating rental assets.
• Every API call is authenticated and data stays fully segregated between tenants.
• The interface loads in under 2 s on a mid-range mobile device.
• Source code passes automated tests and a manual review.
