SaaS Product: AI-Powered Recruitment Platform
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 AUD
I’m seeking an experienced team of developers with strong expertise in AI and experience building similar platforms to develop a dual-platform solution for candidates and employers. The platform will focus on two core features:
1. AI-Driven Resume Builder:
The platform will feature a resume-building tool that uses AI to help candidates optimize their resumes. The system should provide suggestions to improve formatting, keyword alignment, and ensure the resumes are compliant with ATS systems.
2. AI-Powered Interview Tool:
This feature will allow candidates to practice mock interviews with AI-generated questions and receive feedback on key factors such as tone, content, and non-verbal cues. Employers will have a separate interface for setting up digital interview links with preset questions, streamlining their interview process.
Platform Scope:
We are building two platforms:
• One for candidates focused on resume building and interview preparation.
• One for employers with tools for resume screening, interview automation, and potentially more features related to the hiring process.
I’m looking for a team with proven experience in developing AI-driven solutions, preferably having worked on similar projects in recruitment, job matching, or talent management.
