SaaS Platform with AI Avatars

I’m building a service-oriented SaaS that has to feel seamless on the web as well as on native iOS and Android. The core of the product revolves around interactive AI avatars, so I need a full-stack team that already knows how to generate, animate, or render avatars on demand and can tie that experience into a clean, subscription-ready platform.
HeyGen.com will be the 3rd party API used for this project. Please review HeyGen.com. Seeking expert preferred that has work with using 3rd party HeyGen.com AI Avatar integration. I have mapped out how to build the complete project in 8 weeks.
Here’s the shape of the work:
• Public-facing website and companion iOS/Android apps, all sharing a single code-driven design system
• Secure email-and-password authentication, with user data isolated per tenant
• Shopping-cart and checkout flow that can handle both one-time and recurring payments
• Integration with a third-party API (details supplied at project start) to pull real-time data into the avatar experience
• Admin dashboard for user, payment, and content management
• Cloud-based, multi-tenant SaaS backend with automated CI/CD, monitoring, and rollback
Acceptance criteria
1. A user can create an account via email, purchase a plan through the checkout, and immediately interact with an AI avatar on web, iOS, and Android.
2. Avatar load and response time ≤1 s on a 4G connection.
3. All data exchanges with the third-party API are logged and meet basic rate-limit rules; failures degrade gracefully.
4. Source code is version-controlled, documented, and delivered through a private Git repo with repeatable deployment scripts.
