SaaS Business Intelligence Platform Development
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are seeking a full-stack professional to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a multi-tenant B2B SaaS focused on business intelligence for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The goal is to provide a robust platform for analyzing business data and generating actionable insights.
Initial scope of the MVP:
- Development of a complete web system with login and authentication functionality per company, ensuring a multi-tenant architecture where each company accesses only its own data.
- Implementation of a company registration module.
- Functionality for importing business data via spreadsheets (CSV/Excel formats).
- Efficient structuring and storage of imported data in a database.
- Creation of an interactive dashboard with key business indicators, such as conversion rate, number of leads, revenue, and sales pipeline status.
- Development of a dedicated screen or tab for presenting automatic insights, initially based on simple data analysis rules.
- Ensuring automatic updates of dashboards whenever new data is imported.
- The interface should be simple, clear, and functional, with a strong focus on usability for the end user.
Expected technical requirements:
- Proven experience in full-stack development (front-end, back-end, and database).
- Knowledge and prior experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
- Ability to design a scalable structure, considering future evolutions for API integration and automation.
- Application of good software architecture practices and code organization.
- Ability to structure an efficient database (relational or non-relational, with justification for the choice).
- Experience with deployment in cloud environments (preferably AWS, GCP, Vercel, or similar platforms).
- Use of code versioning with Git.
Valued differentiators (not mandatory):
- Experience in developing dashboards and data visualization.
- Knowledge of B2B products or management systems (CRM, ERP).
- Proactive ability to suggest technical and product improvements, acting with a "product owner" mentality.
Expected deliverables:
- A functional, fully operational MVP in a web environment.
- Organized, clean, and properly documented source code.
- A project structure prepared for future evolutions, including the implementation of APIs and new integrations.
- Basic guidance for system maintenance.
