SMS text Expert- Need Help setting up and Delivering "reminder" messages to webinar registrants

We have a webinar that takes place 3 times a week. On average we will have 600-1500 people register for each webinar that takes place. When a person registers for the webinar they will leave their name , email, cell number to get reminders before the webinar starts.

Each person that registers gets 3 reminder messages by text (In the 1 hour before the webinar starts)

So if we have 1500 people register for the webinar there will be 4500 total text that go out for each webinar we hold.

There have been big changes in the United States regarding text messaging. We never had issues before but now we can not get all of our reminders delivered withoout many being blocked by carriers

Can you setup our reminders with a RELIABLE texting company or service so that you you have used so that we can get our "REMINDERS" delivered to those who requested a reminder about our webinar . 1500 registrants who EACH receive (3 reminders total) just before the webinar starts?
