A2P SMS Gateway & Portal

We are looking for an experienced telecom software developer or team to build a complete A2P SMS solution — from SMPP server setup to a web-based client/admin portal.

The platform should operate similar to a professional A2P/wholesale SMS panel or IPRN management portal, with modules for routing, DLR tracking, billing, and revenue share.

Core Requirements:

SMPP Gateway Setup

Configure and integrate Kannel or Jasmin SMS Gateway on Linux VPS.

Handle inbound/outbound SMPP traffic, routing rules, and delivery receipts (DLRs).

Support multiple providers (suppliers) and client connections.

Backend Development

Build routing logic, billing engine, and APIs (REST/SMPP interface).

Features:

Credit-based billing (auto deduction per SMS).

Per-country/operator routing & rate tables.

Traffic logs, delivery reports, and status monitoring.

Tech preference: Laravel (PHP) / Django (Python) / Node.js (Express or NestJS).

Web Portal (Admin + Client)

Client Panel: Login, send single/bulk SMS, upload CSV, check balance, get DLR reports, generate invoices.

Admin Panel: Manage users, routes, suppliers, rates, revenue share, live statistics, and analytics.

Frontend can be built with React, Vue.js, or Bootstrap/Tailwind.

MySQL / PostgreSQL database.

Reports for DLR, usage, revenue, and payout (IPRN/MSISDN level).

Security & Deployment

Host on Linux (Ubuntu/Debian).
