Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer or small team to build Phase 1 (The Core MVP) of a localized property safety compliance tool.
To ensure a clean, high-quality delivery, we have scaled back the project scope strictly to a standalone Technician Field Portal and Dynamic PDF Engine. We are bypassing all third-party CRM software integrations (PropertyMe/PropertyTree) and public client dashboards for this phase.
Your sole focus will be building a rock-solid tool that allows our field technicians to perform safety inspections digitally on their phones, save their progress offline, and instantly output professional compliance certificates.
Core Deliverables (Phase 1 Only)
User Authentication: - Simple, secure login dashboard for Field Technicians and Admin managers.
Mobile-Responsive Checklist Interface (PWA):
A highly clean, mobile-optimized web UI (Progressive Web App framework) that technicians can easily operate on-site via smartphone browsers.
Smart multi-step forms featuring text inputs, pass/fail toggles, compliance checkboxes, and multiple photo upload zones (for capturing switchboards, gas infrastructure, and smoke alarms).
Robust Offline Caching & Syncing:
The form must handle offline data persistence (via Service Workers / LocalStorage / IndexedDB). If a technician loses reception in a concrete apartment basement or regional area, they must be able to complete the checklist and capture photos without losing a single byte of data.
Collected data must queue and automatically sync to our cloud database as soon as the device reconnects to the internet.
Dynamic PDF Generation Engine:
A backend workflow that compiles the submitted form data and attached images.
Automatically renders that raw data into a beautifully formatted, multi-page compliance certificate and localized tax invoice PDF.
Required Tech Stack & Experience
Frontend: React.js, Vue.js, or HTML5/TailwindCSS optimized tightly for mobile viewports.
Backend: Node.js (Express), Python (FastAPI/Django), or similar light, scalable architecture.
Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
Offline Mechanics: Workbox / Service Workers, IndexedDB, or LocalStorage.
