Freelancer Job Post: Full-Stack Developer for Real Estate Web Portal (Multi-role Interface)
We are looking to develop a robust real estate listing platform with multiple user roles, clean UX/UI, and backend control for verified content and field operations. If you're a full-stack developer/team experienced in building dynamic, scalable platforms (preferably with experience in real estate portals), we'd love to hear from you!

User Interfaces & Dashboards Required
Buyer/Customer Panel:
• Browse verified listings (smart UX, fast loading)
• Smart filters (e.g., “2 BHK under ₹40L near metro”)
• View:
- Property images
- Location (Map view)
- Builder/Broker history
- RERA info and uploaded documents
• EMI Calculator
• Book Virtual Site Visit (Zoom/Google Meet Integration)
• Request Legal Report (paid via Razorpay)
• Express interest/contact seller (without revealing phone number)
• Option to post property via guided form (for owner listings)

Admin/Backend Team Panel:
• Moderate and approve listings (photos + KYC + RERA + geo-location)
• Upload property listings manually if needed
• Manage user roles: Buyer, Broker, Developer, Owner, Field Executive
• Track and review Builder, Broker, and Project profiles
• Verify uploaded legal/payment documents
• Access virtual visit bookings and assign them to Field Executives
• Assign Field Executives for property/project visits and data collection
• Final verification of listings by Admin before going live

Field Executive Panel:
• Mobile-friendly dashboard
• View assigned visits/properties
• Upload:
- Photos
- Property descriptions
- Geotags
- Comments/issues
• Manage/reschedule virtual visits
• Mark visits as complete/incomplete
• View leads generated from properties they handled

Broker / Developer Panel:
• Register and post property listings via guided forms
• Track listing status (Approved / Pending / Rejected)
• View enquiries and expressions of interest
• Schedule site visits (via field team or self-managed)
• Purchase property listing packages and make payments (Razorpay integration)
• Track payment history for add-ons (in later phases)

Technology Stack Preference
Frontend:
• React.js + Tailwind CSS or equivalent modern framework
• Fully responsive (desktop + mobile)
• Role-based views and permissions

Backend:
• Framework: Node.js + Express OR Laravel (clean MVC structure)
• Auth: Firebase Auth or secure custom OTP-based login
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Database: MongoDB (NoSQL) or PostgreSQL (relational)
• RESTful APIs (for mobile app future integration)
• Media Storage: AWS S3 / Firebase for photos & documents
• Security Measures:
- JWT/token-based access
- Password hashing
- Input/file sanitization
- File size/type checks
- SSL/HTTPS, Cloudflare, DDoS protection, rate limiting

Integrations:
• Google Maps API (for geolocation tagging)
• Razorpay (for payment processing)
• Zoom/Google Meet API (for virtual visit bookings)
• WhatsApp/Email Notification API (Twilio / Gupshup)

Phase 1 – MVP (30–45 Days):
