I need a full-stack build of a commercial-only real estate website with React on the front end and a React-friendly stack on the back end. The entire flow—adding a property, displaying it attractively, and capturing enquiries—should feel seamless and fast on desktop and mobile alike.
Core functionality
• Powerful search & filter so visitors can narrow results by location, size, price, and amenities.
• A dedicated property details page that pulls all data (photos, floor plans, maps, key facts) from the database and renders instantly.
• A contact-agent form on every listing that validates input, stores the lead, and triggers an email notification.
Scope of work
1. Front end: Build a responsive UI in React, styled for a professional commercial market. Components should be reusable and easy for my team to extend later.
2. Back end: Set up the APIs, database models, and admin endpoints needed to create, update, and archive property records as well as view incoming leads. Feel free to use Node/Express, Next.js API routes, or another React-compatible approach—just document your choices.
3. Deployment: Configure environment variables, image storage, SSL, and CI/CD so the site can go live with a single command.
4. Documentation & hand-off: Provide a concise README plus inline code comments so future developers (or I) can maintain the project.
Acceptance criteria
• Search returns relevant results in under two seconds for a 5,000-record dataset.
• Every property page scores 90+ on Lighthouse for performance and accessibility.
• Contact form submissions appear in the database and trigger an email 100 % of the time during testing.
• Code builds cleanly with npm/yarn install && npm/yarn run build and passes ESLint/Prettier checks.
