Razorpay-Linked Machine Dashboard

Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR

I need a full-stack web application that talks directly to an automated machine running a proprietary process (the exact workflow falls under “other” and will be shared once an NDA is in place). The app must accept payments through Razorpay, then trigger the machine to begin its cycle and log every resulting transaction in a secure database.

Each franchisee operator will sign in to a dedicated dashboard. From there they will be able to:

• see their own Razorpay transaction records in real time
• track the machine’s current state and history once the API connection is live
• download or export reports for settlement and auditing

Deliverables
• Responsive web app (front-end + back-end) deployed on a cloud server
• Database schema tuned for high-volume transaction records with proper indexing and backups
• Razorpay payment gateway integration, including webhooks for success/failure callbacks
• REST or WebSocket interface that passes commands to the machine and receives status updates
• Multi-tenant dashboard with role-based access for franchisees and admins
• Installation, source code, and brief technical hand-off documentation

Acceptance
The project is complete when a test payment routes through Razorpay, the machine starts its “other” process automatically, a confirmation status returns, and the corresponding transaction record appears instantly in the franchisee dashboard.
