Raghad AI: Full-Stack Developer for Multi-Category AI Assistant

Project Overview:
We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to build a next-generation, multi-category AI Assistant Website ("Raghad AI"). The platform will deliver customized AI interactions based on user categories and will be optimized for Saudi Arabia, the Gulf region, and Egypt.

Key Features Required:
1. Dynamic UI/UX & Localization:
- Clean, responsive web design (Desktop & Mobile).
- Full bilingual support (Arabic and English) to accommodate both locals and expats/residents.
- Multi-currency and localized language/dialect variations dynamically adjusting based on the user's country (KSA, GCC, Egypt).
- Dedicated product/service cards section.

2. AI Integration & Knowledge Base:
- Core integration with OpenAI API (specifically utilizing GPT-4o mini).
- Advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system utilizing OpenAI Embeddings to query custom knowledge bases/documents for highly accurate, domain-specific answers.

3. Core Utilities:
- PDF Generation: Users must be able to export AI conversation summaries or results directly into clean, formatted PDF reports.
- Secured user dashboard and backend database management.

Deliverables:
- Fully functional web application with clean, commented code.
- Deployment on a secure cloud hosting platform.
- Brief documentation on how to update the RAG knowledge base.
