Projectfm Solution Build for Mina

Projectfm is still a rough concept and I need a skilled partner to turn it into a working product for Mina. We will begin with a brief discovery session to clarify goals, audience, and the most suitable delivery channel—whether that ends up being a responsive web portal, a cross-platform mobile app, or a lightweight desktop tool. From there the work moves into requirements writing, UX wire-framing, development of a clean and well-documented MVP, and finally deployment plus knowledge transfer.

Deliverables
• Concise requirements specification agreed after discovery
• Key user-journey wireframes or mock-ups
• Working MVP with source code committed to Git
• Staging and production environments configured
• Handover package with build/run instructions and a short video walkthrough

Acceptance criteria: the MVP compiles without errors, core flows run smoothly during the recorded walkthrough, and smoke tests pass on the staging site.

Full-stack JavaScript (React / Node), Flutter, or .NET experience would be ideal, though I’m open to alternatives if you can justify them. When you respond, please share one recent end-to-end build you led and suggest an outline timeline so we can move quickly from idea to live product.
