* Automated data pipelines with schema evolution and MIMO business‑process automation
* Each new customer requires only a tenancy flip plus rulebook activation on one cloud provider (e.g., Step Functions + Lambda)
* Data prep and curation handled per use case by your pipeline
* Test‑driven code with strict type safety (TypeScript preferred)

1. Foundation & Ops Scaffold — build generic MIMO agent workflow, multi‑tenant backbone, and lean onboarding/dashboard UI with modern AI orb, decision chains, and suggestions
2. Vertical Playbooks I — First Two vertical pipelines with schema‑evolving ingestion and ROI hooks
3. Vertical Playbooks II — Second two vertical pipelines, error handling, usage metering
