Physiotherapy Business Intelligence Web App Development

I need a skilled full stack web app developer to create an application accessible on both desktop and mobile platforms.

Background:
The purpose of the app is to collect inputs from physiotherapy patients on day one of their treatment so the physio practice owner will understand demographics, what influenced the patient's choice to choose their clinic, and information about marketing results. The AI will give them business intel/suggestions on what to do and how to mitigate risk of losing business.

This must be designed with HIPAA compliance in mind. To ensure this, the zip code and physician referral databases should be stored separately from the rest of the data, preventing any possibility of re-identification. All other data must remain de-identified.

Key requirements include:
- User authentication implementation

- OAuth integration
- I’m looking for someone who can also provide support and ongoing maintenance. Since I’m not a coder, I’ll need someone who’s available to assist if any issues come up.
