Pharma Sales CRM Platform
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m building a full-stack platform that lets our pharmaceutical field-sales force manage every customer touchpoint in one place. The application has to feel as polished on the front end as it is robust on the back end because both layers are equally important to the project’s success.
Core objective
The system’s primary function is customer management: storing HCP profiles, logging visit notes, scheduling follow-ups, and giving managers a real-time view of engagement trends.
Front-end expectations
A responsive web interface that performs flawlessly on tablets in the field. Clean UI, offline capability with automatic sync, and role-based screens for reps, managers, and admins.
Back-end expectations
A secure API—REST or GraphQL—backed by an encrypted relational database. Authentication, granular permissions, and automated tests are non-negotiable. I’ve worked mostly with React and Node/Express on AWS, but I’m open to comparable stacks that achieve the same stability and speed.
Timeline
I need a production-ready first release within a month. To stay on schedule, I’ll require short, transparent milestones, regular code pushes to Git, and clear progress demos.
Deliverables
• Full source code (front and back) with in-line documentation
• Deployed instance on my AWS account with CI/CD
• Database migration scripts and seed data
• Concise user guide for reps and admins
If you can take the project from architecture through deployment on this timeline, let’s lock in the tech stack and sprint plan.
