Personal Portfolio Site Development

I'm looking for a full stack developer to build a personal portfolio site for me. This site should have the following features:
- Capability to upload my portfolio items. I'd like to easily add and remove pieces as I continue to work and grow.
- A contact form for visitors to reach me directly. This form should collect and send me the visitor's name, email address, subject, and message when filled out.
- Social media integration. Visitors should be able to access my social media profiles through links on the site.
The ideal candidate understands the nature of portfolio websites and has experience in building these types of applications. They should also be proficient in technologies that lend themselves to the development of smooth, interactive, and user-friendly experiences, preferably with a full stack capacity.
